Hi Everyone, It's always nice to read your comments. You all seem to be enjoying High School. We are still busy at Ling Bob. We had a good Book Week this year. Each class made an island and created their own imaginary setting. My class did an island in paradise and called it The Island of Peace. Y5/6 did Roald Dahls island. This was great and was covered in little buildings related to his books. That reminds me about last years Book Week when we had the competition with the chocolate bars. I think that was the best assembly I have ever done and I have been teaching a l-o-n-g time as some of you will realise. Well you footy fans out there keep watching the Bradford score and keep your fingers crossed that we can get out of the lower divisions and back in the 'big time'. Love Mrs. Heron xxxx

I really miss Ling Bob. Its getting better everyday. There are new OOSH clubs and someone from Blue Peter coming in. I hope the new Year 6's had a great time at Robinwood.
I really miss the homeworks we got in yr6 it was a lot easier than the ones we get in Sowerby Bridge.

Hello everyone - I've just been reading all your comments - past & present pupils & staff. The message board is a really good way to keep in touch & let us know what you are doing. I know many of you have nearly finished your first year at High School - its good to know you have such happy memories of life at Ling Bob. We are very proud of you and of course we remember who you are when you come to pick up your younger brothers and sisters from school! Do look out for your younger friends from Ling Bob to make them welcome at your High school - I'm sure they will all be pleased to see a friendly face they recognise especially during the first few weeks. Hiya, this week its SATS.. I wasn't looking forward to it but we get ice pops and biscuits so I love it...x

I used to go to Ling Bob, left in 1999, but still live in the same house very close by, everytime I still see it It makes me smile. Especially if I see a face I recognise, which I don't think will be many as I'm assuming most of the teachers that were there when I was have moved on.
But Miss Brigg worked here (the best teacher ever......Officially voted) so that shows how much good things come from this school.

I really miss you Mrs. Madley I hope you have a great time. :) . I Wish you could come and see our Leavers assembly.

Some of the year 6 have been to Robinwood, we all had a great time and we all want to go back again. We have been back a couple of weeks now and we are enjoying it.
